Combine PDF Pages into One Page

Stack every page into one continuous strip. Free, and runs entirely in your browser — nothing you enter is uploaded, stored or sent to a server.

About Combine to Single Page

Stacks every page into one tall page, so the document scrolls continuously instead of breaking. Good for reading a long report on a phone, for pasting a whole document into a design tool as a single object, and for anything that is going to be viewed rather than printed.

There is a hard ceiling, and it is the format's rather than this tool's. A PDF page may not exceed 14,400 units on a side — 200 inches — so a document of more than about seventeen A4 pages cannot become one page. Rather than write a page no reader will open, the strip is broken into as many as the ceiling requires and the result says how many.

It prints badly, and that is worth saying plainly: most drivers shrink a page to fit the paper, so a twenty-foot strip arrives as an unreadable band across one sheet. This is for screens.

Where it helps

  • One continuous page, which is how a long document reads best on a phone.
  • Pages are embedded rather than rendered, so text stays selectable and vectors stay sharp.
  • Respects the format's page-size ceiling instead of writing a file readers will refuse.
  • An optional gap and background, for keeping the page boundaries legible.
  • The document stays in your browser.

Limits

  • It prints badly: a print driver will try to fit the whole strip onto one sheet.
  • Past 200 inches the result is several strips, not one page — the format allows nothing longer.
  • Links, annotations and form fields are not carried onto the strip.
  • Pages of different widths are centred on the widest, leaving uneven margins.
  • Password-protected files must be unlocked first.

Frequently asked questions

Why did I get more than one page?

Because the total height passed 14,400 units, which is the largest a PDF page may be. The document is split into strips at that limit; the alternative would be a file most readers refuse to open.

Can I print this?

You can, but you will not enjoy it. Printers scale a page to the paper, so a very tall page comes out as a thin unreadable band. Keep the original for printing and use the strip for reading.

Does the text stay searchable?

Yes. Each page is embedded as page content rather than rendered to an image, so search, selection and copy all still work.

What is this actually for?

Reading on a phone without page jumps, dropping a whole document into a design tool as one object, and making a single tall image of a document by exporting the strip.
